HART stands for Health Art Respond Together.
We design and deliver creative wellbeing workshops and events that support and empower the community and individuals including hard to reach groups, young people, families, the elderly and diverse groups.
OUR IMPACT
- Provide opportunities for social interaction and friendship
- Make a positive change within the community
- Improve confidence and motivation of participants
- Work with partner organisations to add value to their users’ experiences
- Signpost local people to information and access organisations that will benefit their wellbeing
